RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Commission to officially appoint a Commission Chair, Commission Vice Chair, and Commission Secretary. (Continued from February 20, 2024)
DISCUSSION:
Annually, the Planning Commission appoints three of its members to fill the positions of: Commission Chair, Commission Vice Chair, and Commission Secretary. A formal nomination and vote shall be utilized to fill these positions. The term of these positions shall be one (1) year unless modified by City Council or unless vacated by the designated Commissioner. Appointment shall take effect immediately following the voting process for all three (3) positions.
