Adopt Resolution No. 2024-103 of the City Council of the City of Fontana amending Administrative Policy Section 20-37 Gift(s) of Tickets and/or Passes to include Miller Amphitheater.

COUNCIL GOALS:

• To create a team by working together to provide stability and consistent policy direction.
DISCUSSION:
During the recent City Council meeting held on July 23, 2024, Resolution No. 2024-061 was passed amending Administrative Policy Section 20-37 Gift(s) of Tickets and/or Passes to include the new Stage Red Venue.
With the improvements and enclosure of Miller Amphitheater which may host ticketed events, the proposed resolution seeks to add this venue to the existing policy.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact from adopting these policy changes.
