To properly service the site with water, the San Gabriel Valley Water Company (SGVWC) requested the execution of the Main Extension Contract to extend mainline water facilities from San Sevaine Road along South Highland Avenue, construct one (1) 10” fire service connection, one (1) fire hydrant, one (1) domestic service, and one (1) landscape service.  The total construction cost for these improvements is estimated at $1,721,240.  The City provided a deposit of $21,000 during the design phase of the project that will be credited leaving a balance of $1,700,240.
