Approve the amended minutes of July 14, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting and the minutes of August 11, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting.

DISCUSSION:
The City Council will consider approval of the minutes of July 14, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting which were amended to include the number of written protests received for Public Hearing Item B.
The City Council will also consider approval of the minutes of August 11, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting.
The draft minutes are attached to this report for Council review and approval.
