Conduct a second reading by title only and adopt, Ordinance No. 1993, authorizing adoption of new or increased sewer services fees by Resolution, and taking certain other actions relating thereto.

Ordinance No. 1993 was introduced by a vote of 4-1 at the June 23, 2026, Regular City Council Meeting.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The anticipated increase in Sewer revenue required to fund ongoing operations and maintenance, maintain appropriate reserve levels, support continued reinvestment in aging infrastructure, and provide funding for planned capital improvement projects is summarized below:
