RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation
Conduct a second reading by title only and adopt, Ordinance No. 1995, approving, pursuant to an Addendum to the Arboretum Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report, a third amendment to the Arboretum Specific Plan Development Agreement; and that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading thereof.
