Conduct a second reading by title only and adopt Ordinance No. FFD-006, adopting the California Fire Code, 2025 Edition and appendices and amendments thereto; and that the reading of the title constitutes the first reading thereof.

DISCUSSION:

Ordinance No. FFD-006 was introduced by a vote of 4-0 at the July 14, 2026, Regular Fire Protection District Meeting.
