Second Reading / Adoption of Ordinance No. 1943, approving, pursuant to a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Zoning District Map Amendment No. 20-015 to update the zoning map from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Medium Density Residential (R-2) for four (4) parcels APNs: 0233-122-28, -29, -60 and -63.
