Recommendation
Accept as completed work performed by McWil Sports Surfaces Inc. for the installation of a new gym floor, contract PW-26-105-SB, located at 15556 Summit Avenue, Jessie Turner Community Center.

COUNCIL GOALS:
• Invest in the City’s infrastructure (streets, sewers, parks, etc.) by maintaining and improving the city's existing infrastructure.
DISCUSSION:
On April 16, 2026, the City Council awarded a construction contract to McWil Sports Surfaces Inc. for the Jessie Turner basketball court floor replacement project in the amount of $355,395.00.
MCWil Sports Surfaces Inc. completed the project to the City’s satisfaction; all work was accepted by the City on June 10, 2026, for the contract amount of $355,395.00. The notice was filed with San Bernardino County Records on July 16, 2026, DOC 2026-0183299.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with the approval of this item.
